Jet Around Cayman – Terms & Conditions

By registering for and participating in Jet Around Cayman, you (“Participant”) acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • Participants must be 18 years or older on the day of the event.

  • All participants must possess a valid driver’s license and be in control of a legally registered and seaworthy personal watercraft (PWC).

  • Registration is not transferable.

2. Event Rules

  • All participants must attend the mandatory Riders Meeting prior to the event.

  • Participants are required to follow the designated race route and comply with all instructions provided by race officials, safety teams, and authorities.

  • The use of proper safety gear, including life jackets and lanyards, is mandatory.

  • No reckless behavior, racing outside of marked areas, or endangering other participants or spectators is permitted.

3. Assumption of Risk

  • Participation in Jet Around Cayman involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, collision, equipment failure, and weather-related incidents.

  • By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, the Participant acknowledges understanding of these risks and voluntarily chooses to participate.

4. Waiver and Release of Liability

By participating in this event, the Participant agrees to the following:

I hereby waive, release, and discharge the event organizers, sponsors, affiliated partners, volunteers, and the Cayman Islands Government from any and all liability for personal injury, death, property damage, or other loss sustained as a result of my participation in Jet Around Cayman, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

I accept full responsibility for my actions, equipment, and safety, and understand that participation is at my own risk.

5. Photo & Media Release

By attending Jet Around Cayman, the Participant consents to being photographed, recorded, or filmed. These materials may be used for promotional, marketing, or media purposes without compensation or further notice.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Registration fees are non-refundable, unless the event is canceled by the organizers.

  • The event may be postponed or modified due to weather, safety concerns, or at the discretion of event management.

7. Acknowledgement

By checking the “I agree to the Terms & Conditions” box during registration, the Participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the Waiver of Liability.
